I strongly recommend J &M Pool Company. Customer service has been stellar! I had a great experience with each department from the workers in the office to all the workers who came to work on site. Craig S. was amazing in sharing his pool knowledge and helping in decision making. He visited the site multiple times, gave professional advice, and thoroughly explained the process before construction even began. The design teams were efficient and helpful in making my dream of having a pool become a vision. Natalie worked hard on designing my pool and exceeded my expectations. She came on site to customize my requests and personalize the design of my pool to make it everything I wanted and more. I was able to go to the office to meet with Craig S. and Natalie before construction began to see, through a technology model, what my pool would look like in my yard. Through looking at this model, we were able to make any changes needed. Ryder and Tyler were exceptional in communicating the upcoming stages of the pool construction and making sure that all details were handled appropriately. Ryder also answered many questions and was very timely in his responses. This dependable communication was huge in easing any concerns I may have had. Deanna was a tremendous help in facilitating the billing process. She made it simple and was readily available to address any concerns. I also used J & M for fencing and landscaping. Both departments were exceptional! Matt H.,Matt M., Phillip, and Marvin worked very well together to coordinate the landscaping and irrigation. All of the workers clearly explained everything I needed to know about my new pool. Ryder and Craig S. even came out to conduct “Pool School” after it was all completed. My backyard is beautiful! Many thanks to all the workers at J & M Pool Company. They went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend Natalie at J&M Pools highly enough! She did an incredible job with the design drawings for my pool. Her attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. You can tell she truly loves her job and takes it seriously, while also enjoying showcasing her skills. Her background as a graduate from SCAD definitely shines through in her work.

Chris the Project manager was amazing.! Communication was consistent . Chris took a lot of time answering our questions and had no problem making any changes if the time line allowed. . He was on site almost daily and for certain every time contractors were working. Chris made sure the construction area was kept clean and organized and went above and beyond to help in any way he could .

Judd was our Project Manager on this job and did a phenomenal job explaining the process and going above and beyond what was expected of him. I had to have him come out multiple times to help explain details to my concrete guys which was not in his scope and he met with me each time without any trouble or change orders. Highly recommend!

We had a small family pool installed by J&M Pools this year and they did a great job. Specifically, Ryder Willard and Tyler Hale did a great job! They were professional and conscientious. Ryder and Tyler communicated every step of the way and addressed every issue or concern we had. Great job!
